1. Credit Card Reconciliation

Managing expenses just got easier with our new Credit Card Reconciliation feature, now available in the new web platform. This tool brings credit card management to the same level as our ProCloud version, enabling you to match charges on your statements directly with the expenses recorded in DM.

• By reconciling your credit card expenses with the charges recorded in Design Manager, you can rest assured that your financials are accurate.
• This reduces the risk of errors and gives you a clear picture of your cost management, helping you make informed decisions.
• Design Manager allows you to attribute each expense to a specific project - This means you can pull comprehensive reports that show both income and expenses by project, giving you detailed insight into your project's financial health.

2. Multi Image Support - Coming Soon

This powerful update gives you the flexibility to add, organize, and display multiple images for any item in Design Manager. Whether you're showcasing different angles of a product or highlighting various design options, this feature simplifies the process of presenting your designs visually.

• Add multiple images to any item effortlessly.
• Drag-and-drop reordering to adjust image display sequence.
• Primary image displayed prominently, with additional images as thumbnails.
• Delete images easily with a confirmation prompt for security.
• Available across key areas: Items, Proposals, Tear Sheets

3. Billing Portal

• Self-service Billing Portal allows users to conveniently update payment information directly within the settings, streamlining account management.
